As we now close the book on the 76ers 2017-2018 season there is strong optimism that this team will not only surpass this year’s results they will absolutely destroy them. A 50 win season seems to be the expectation next year as this franchise should be able to make the next step in trying to be a perennial contender for the Larry O’ Brien trophy. A young core, a coach who has shown he can manage talent and a key free agent acquisition or two should keep this fan base fantasizing about what can happen.
